Modibodi Returns Policy

Please carefully read this Returns Policy before making a purchase from our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under applicable Consumer Law.

To maximise the lifespan and performance of your garments, you must follow all wash and care instructions provided with the products.

FIRST TIME CUSTOMER – 30 DAY RISK-FREE TRIAL

As a first-time customer, you are eligible for a size exchange or store credit for one item from your first order if it does not meet your expectations.

For sizing issues, we will exchange the garment for the required size where stock is available. If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.

Please note:

• The 30-Day Risk-Free Trial applies to first orders only.
• Courier and shipping fees are not included.
• Only one worn garment per customer is eligible under this policy.
• For hygiene reasons, products removed from their sealed Modibodi product packaging are considered opened.
• No further store credits, exchanges or refunds can be provided for additional garments removed from their sealed Modibodi product packaging under the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial.
• For any future purchases after your first order, the Risk-Free Trial no longer applies. However, unopened items (items not removed from their sealed Modibodi product packaging) may still be returned for store credit or exchange in accordance with our Change of Mind Returns Policy.

The 30-Day Risk-Free Trial allows first-time customers to assess ONE garment for fit, comfort and performance. If additional garments from the same order have been removed from their sealed Modibodi product packaging, they are not eligible for exchange, store credit or refund under the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial unless they qualify under our Faulty Items Policy.

The following items are excluded from the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial:

• Swimwear
• Mystery Packs
• Products marked "Final Sale"

If you purchase a bundle pack as a first-time customer, only one used product from the bundle is eligible for a store credit or size exchange. All other items must comply with our Change of Mind Returns Policy or Faulty Items Policy to qualify for return.

How to Request a Return

To request a return under the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial, please email info@modibodimena.com with:

• Your order number
• The product name
• The reason for your request

Each request is reviewed individually and we may contact you if additional information is required.

UAE Returns

Returned items must be sent back to our Dubai warehouse for inspection prior to processing any store credit or exchange.

Customers within the UAE may arrange their own tracked return courier or request collection through our courier partner for AED 22.

Once returned items are received and inspected, store credits or exchanges will be processed within 3 business days.

For exchanges within the UAE, replacement items will be couriered once the exchange process has been approved.

International Returns

For orders outside the UAE, customers are responsible for arranging return shipping back to our Dubai warehouse.

We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service, as Modibodi MENA cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We offer product exchanges or store credit should you change your mind regarding your purchase.

To qualify for a Change of Mind return:

• Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
• For hygiene reasons, products removed from their sealed Modibodi product packaging are considered opened and are not eligible for Change of Mind returns, exchanges or store credit.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning eligible items to our warehouse.
• Change of Mind returns must be requested by emailing info@modibodimena.com.

UAE customers may arrange their own tracked courier service or request collection through our courier partner for AED 22.

Store credits or exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receipt and inspection of returned items.

We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service, as Modibodi MENA cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.

SALE, CLEARANCE AND FINAL SALE ITEMS

Sale, clearance and selected promotional items are not eligible for Change of Mind returns, exchanges or store credit unless deemed faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described under applicable Consumer Law.

Products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange for Change of Mind reasons.

STORE CREDIT

• Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
• Store credits can only be used online at www.modibodimena.com.
• Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Store credits are non-transferable.
• Orders purchased using store credit will only be refunded as store credit where applicable.
• Store credits are linked to the customer account used to place the original order.
• Store credits must be redeemed while products remain available for sale on www.modibodimena.com.

FAULTY ITEMS

A refund, replacement or store credit may be offered for products deemed faulty, not fit for purpose, or not matching their description.

Please contact our Customer Experience team at info@modibodimena.com so we can assess and resolve the issue for you.

Please provide the following information:

• Your order number
• The name of the affected item(s)
• The batch number of each item (located on the garment care label)
• A photo clearly showing the fault, or a description of how the product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description
• If reporting multiple faulty items, please include all affected items and faults in one photo where possible

Returned garments must be washed before being returned to our warehouse.

Our Customer Experience team may request that products be returned for inspection. We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service, as Modibodi MENA cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, Modibodi MENA will cover reasonable shipping costs associated with the replacement.

All faulty item claims must be submitted via info@modibodimena.com.

Modibodi MENA reserves the right to refuse returns where we reasonably believe the policy is being misused.
