Modibodi Returns Policy

Please carefully read through this returns policy as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase from our website. Remember that our returns policy is in addition to, and does not exclude any of, your rights under Consumer Law.  

You must follow our wash and care instructions to get the maximum lifetime of use from our garments. 

 

FIRST TIME CUSTOMER - 30 DAY RISK-FREE TRIAL 
 

As a first-time customer, you are eligible for a store credit for one item from your original order if it does not live up to your expectations. For sizing issues, we will exchange for the required size. Please note, our risk-free trial applies only to your first order, and does not include courier fees. For any purchases after that, while the risk free trial does not apply, you can still return unopened extra pairs for store credit or exchange them for a different product.

To take advantage of the 30 days risk free trial offer, simply email us with your order number, the name of the product you're claiming and the reason for your claim. Each request is carefully reviewed, and we’ll reach out via email if we need any clarification.

Please note that no further refunds, credits, or exchanges can be given for any additional worn undergarments. Additionally, the following items are excluded from the 30 Day Risk-Free Trial:

  • Swimwear
  • Mystery Packs
  • Products marked "Final Sale"

If you purchase a bundle pack as a first-time customer, only 1 used product is eligible for a refund. All other items must comply with our change of mind or faulty/not fit for purpose returns policy to be eligible for a return. 

We want you to have the best possible experience with our products, and we're confident that our 30 Day Risk-Free Trial will help you find the perfect fit for your needs. 

Please email  info@modibodimena.com with the details of your product return. 

If choosing a refund or credit note, customers in the UAE will need to arrange for the return of the item/s to our Dubai warehouse. Once the garments are received back at our warehouse, we will process the refund/credit note (excluding the original delivery charges) within 3 business days. 

For exchanges in the UAE, we will courier the replacement item/s to you at a cost of 22 AED. Our courier will pick up the item for exchange at the time of the delivery of the replacement item.

For all sales outside of the UAE, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange return of the item/s back to our warehouse in Dubai for any exchange or returns. We suggest sending your return/s with tracking so that you know when your parcel has arrived to us.

 

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS 

We offer a product exchange or credit should you change your mind regarding your purchase. Conditions you must comply with in order to be able to exchange your product purchase or receive a credit are stated below: 

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product  
  • The product must be in unopened and in original condition

In order to receive an exchange or credit for your return, you will need to pay for the eligible items to be returned to our warehouse at your own expense.  

Change of mind returns must be requested by emailing info@modibodimena.com

Modibodi recommends that you use a tracked courier service when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels. 

 

SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS 

For items that are on sale or are on clearance, no change of mind returns are allowed. Returns are only allowed if the product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

A refund, replacement or credit will be offered for product/s deemed faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match the description. 

Please contact our Customer Experience team at info@modibodimena.com so we can assess, investigate and resolve this issue for you.   

Please provide our Customer Experience team with the following information:   

  1. Your order number  
  2. The name of the affected item(s)  
  3. The batch number of each item (located on the garment care label)   
  4.  A photo of the faults OR description as to how the product is not fit for purpose or description how the product does not match the description

If applying for multiple faults, you will be required to provide a photo of all items and their faults in one photo so that we can clearly identify the issue. 

Our Modibodi customer experience team may require you to send back your products for inspection, and it is recommended you use a tracked postage service when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.    

We will cover the cost of shipping to replace products which are faulty, not fit for purpose or which do not match their description. Requests must be received through info@modibodimena.com
