United Arab Emirates

  • Free courier delivery for orders AED 250 and over
  • Delivery fee of AED 22 for orders under AED 250
  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days

Same Day Delivery – Dubai

  • Available for Dubai orders placed before 12:00pm
  • Delivery fee of AED 30 applies
  • Service not available on Sundays

Qatar

  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–4 business days
  • Delivery fee of AED 65 applies to all orders

Please note that Qatar Customs may apply import duties or fees, including a possible 5% import duty with a minimum charge of QAR 60, payable by the customer upon delivery.

Bahrain, Oman & Kuwait

  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–4 business days
  • Delivery fee of AED 45 applies to all orders

Customs authorities may request identification documents or additional information to clear shipments.

Saudi Arabia

  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–4 business days
  • Delivery fee of AED 65 applies to all orders

Saudi Arabia has recently introduced duty charges for deliveries from outside the Kingdom. The AED 65 shipping fee includes applicable Saudi customs duties, taxes and clearance charges.

No additional delivery charges should be payable upon arrival in Saudi Arabia.

Customers may still be contacted by customs authorities or courier partners to provide identification or delivery information required for customs clearance.
