30-Day Risk-Free Trial ā first-time customers only
As a first-time customer, you may tryĀ oneĀ Modibodi garment for 30-days risk-free and if you donāt like how they function, we will happily give you your money back (minus the cost of delivery).
Weāll ask you to complete a short survey to help us understand the reason for your return. This will need to be completed prior to processing the refund.
The 30-day risk-free trial applies to one worn garment only.Ā No further refunds, credits or exchanges can be given on any additional worn underpants.
The refund will be paid back to the payment gateway that the customer used to purchase the order.
The following items are excluded from the 30-day risk free trial policy:
- BreastfeedingĀ singlet/cami
- Swimwear
- Classic Everyday bundle packs
Requests for refunds, exchanges or credit
Garments must be returned for exchange, credit or refund within 30 days of purchase.
If your order includes multiple items, open and tryĀ onlyĀ oneĀ pair (over underwear) to be sure they are right for you. That way if you want to make a return or exchange,Ā you'll be able to return/exchange all items in that order.Ā Please note we will not exchange more than one open item per order.Ā
All returns must be unworn andĀ in original packaging. All (but one item) must still be sealed to be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange.Ā
Please email info@modibodimena.com for aĀ returns form. You may request a:
- Credit on the items returned excludingĀ delivery
- Exchange onĀ the items returnedĀ excludingĀ delivery
- Refund on the items returned excluding deliveryĀ
Credit notes are valid for 12 months and can be used online at www.modibodimena.com
If choosing aĀ refund or credit note, customers in the UAE will need to arrange for the return of the item/s to our Dubai warehouse.Ā Ā Once the garments are received back at our warehouse, we will process the refund/credit note (excluding theĀ original deliveryĀ charges) within 3 business days.Ā
For exchanges for customers in the UAE, we will arrange for the collection of the return items (at our cost). Once the garments are received back at our warehouse, weĀ will courier the replacement item/s to you at a cost of 20 AED.Ā
For all sales outside of the UAE, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange return of the item/s back to our warehouse in Dubai for any exchange or returns.Ā We suggest sending your return/s with tracking so that you know when your parcel has arrived to us.
Faulty items
Modibodi takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to resolve the problem.
If you have received a product that is deemed faulty we will honour replacements on faulty pairs for up to 30 days post purchase date. This excludes items indicated as not perfect which cannot be refunded, exchanged or replaced.
We ask you to contact info@modibodimena.comĀ to notify us of the fault and for further information on seeking a replacement item.Ā Please provide the following:
1. Your order number
2. A photograph of the garment/s affectedĀ
3. The size and style of the underwear that is faulty
4. Provide the batch number of the item for our reference which can be found on the label of the garment.
Incorrect item or order
If you receive an incorrect item or order, please contactĀ info@modibodimena.comĀ to notify us of the issue. You have up to 5 days post purchase date to advise us that you have received an incorrect item or order.
Store Credit
Credit notes are valid for 12 months and can be used online atĀ www.modibodimena.com Ā Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash. Store credit cannot be transferred. Any orders placed in store credit will only be refunded as store credit if necessary.Ā Store credits are applied to the account registered with Modibodi and used to place your order.
Order cancellation requests, changes to orders
We send out parcels hourly so we are unable to cancel orders or make changes to the items in the order.
If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order, please contact Customer Service immediately at info@modibodimena.comĀ as we may be able to fix mid-transit. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions.
